Our Commitments
• Conduct business lawfully and fairly, prevent bribery and money laundering, and protect confidential information.
• Respect human and labour rights, prohibit child and forced labour, and provide safe, fair working conditions.
• Apply risk-based supply chain due diligence, including for conflict-affected and high-risk areas, and take action under our sourcing policy, including suspension or disengagement where required.
• Identify, segregate and trace materials. Limit COC claims to eligible precious metals and transactions supported by valid certification and documentation.

Supply Chain Policy

Supply Chain Policy

OECD Due Diligence & Ethical Sourcing
Supply Chain Policy
Natasha Creations Co., Ltd. is committed to responsible sourcing, respect for human rights and reliable material information throughout our jewellery supply chains.
This page summarises our commitments. Our RJC Policy and Corporate Social Responsibility Policy set out the full requirements and risk responses.

Due Diligence and Supplier Expectations
Our policies require risk-based due diligence, guided by the relevant OECD guidance for mineral supply chains and responsible business conduct. We expect suppliers and contractors to:
• Provide accurate business identity, ownership and material-source information, and cooperate with checks proportionate to the risks identified.
• Respect human and labour rights, maintain safe working conditions, prevent bribery and money laundering, and manage environmental impacts.
• Disclose material types and treatments accurately, including laboratory-grown materials, and provide supporting records and written warranties where required.
• Maintain appropriate identification, segregation and traceability controls, including during outsourced work, transport and return of materials.

Responding to Risks
Our policies prohibit serious human rights abuses and support for non-state armed groups. They also address abusive security forces, bribery, false material-origin information, money laundering and payment of applicable taxes, fees and royalties.
Where there is a reasonable risk of serious abuses or support for non-state armed groups, we immediately suspend or discontinue the relevant sourcing relationship. Other risks are addressed through time-bound mitigation and monitoring, with suspension or disengagement where required by our policy or applicable law.

Material Claims and Transparency
COC claims are limited to eligible precious metals and transactions supported by valid certification scope and documentation. Natural, laboratory-grown, imitation and composite materials must be identified accurately. Certification of a supplier does not establish the status of every item supplied.
Our policies require annual public reporting on due diligence. Employees, suppliers and other stakeholders may raise concerns through our Grievance Procedure, including anonymously and without retaliation for good-faith reporting.

Grievance Procedure

Grievance Procedure

Confidential Whistleblowing & Stakeholder Remedy
Grievance Procedure
Natasha Creations Co., Ltd. welcomes concerns, complaints and requests for information from employees and external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, customers and communities. These may concern our activities or business relationships, including human rights, working conditions, responsible sourcing, material information, business conduct and environmental impacts.

How to Raise a Concern
You may contact Human Resources, the Compliance Officer or the General Manager in person, or send a written complaint to our office. Mark the correspondence “Confidential” and identify the intended recipient. If that recipient has a conflict of interest, address your concern to a company director who is not directly involved.
Office address: Natasha Creations Co., Ltd., Bangkok, Thailand.
Describe what happened, when and where, and include supporting information if available. You may report anonymously. Contact details are optional, but without a safe way to contact you we may be unable to request further information or provide individual updates.

How We Respond
Under our CSR Policy, we record the concern, assess urgency and arrange a review by a person without a conflict of interest. Where contact details are available, we acknowledge receipt within 7 working days and provide a progress update within 30 days of receipt. If the matter remains open, we explain the delay and the next update date. This is an update timeframe, not a guarantee that every case will be closed within 30 days.
We will investigate and work towards timely resolution, communicate the outcome where we can contact you, and follow up on corrective actions. Where we have caused or contributed to harm, we will provide or cooperate in appropriate remedy with those affected. Where harm is linked through a business partner, we will use our influence to prevent or reduce it and support legitimate remedy processes.

Confidentiality and Protection
We protect the confidentiality of reports and limit access to people who need the information to handle the matter, subject to applicable legal requirements. Our policy prohibits retaliation against people who report in good faith, witnesses and people who refuse wrongdoing. Workers may raise concerns individually or together and request the involvement of a workers’ representative.
Using this process does not restrict your right to approach external authorities, courts or other available mechanisms. You do not have to complete our internal process before seeking external help.

Legal and Compliance

AML, CTF & Kimberley Process System
Legal and Compliance
Natasha Creations Co., Ltd. is committed to lawful, ethical and transparent business conduct. Our RJC and Corporate Social Responsibility policies set expectations for management, workers and business partners relevant to their roles.

Legal compliance and accountability
Our approach includes identifying applicable requirements, maintaining required licences and permits, assigning responsibilities, and reviewing changes that affect our operations. Where applicable RJC requirements and law differ, we apply the stricter requirement while complying with the law. Management is responsible for oversight, training and corrective action.

Integrity and responsible transactions
Our policies prohibit corruption, bribery, facilitation payments, fraud, money laundering and terrorist financing. We require gifts, hospitality and potential conflicts of interest to be declared and managed under approved procedures. Workers must not be penalised for reporting concerns in good faith or refusing improper payments, even where business may be lost.
Our counterparty checks address identity, legitimate business activity, beneficial ownership where required by law or risk assessment, and relevant sanctions and restrictions. Our approach includes monitoring unusual transactions, escalating concerns and reporting to competent authorities where required. Business and financial records must be accurate and protected against falsification.

Information and privacy
We respect intellectual property and protect confidential business information and personal data. We are committed to handling personal data for lawful, specified purposes with appropriate access controls, security and retention arrangements under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and applicable requirements. Confidentiality must not prevent lawful reporting or cooperation with competent authorities.

Raising concerns and reviewing performance
Workers and external stakeholders may raise concerns through our Grievance Procedure, including anonymously. Our policies provide for confidential and impartial handling, protection against retaliation, and appropriate corrective action and remedy. They do not restrict access to external legal or other legitimate mechanisms.
Management reviews implementation and improvement needs at least annually. Our policies also provide for annual reporting on responsible business practices. See our RJC Policy, Supply Chain Policy and Grievance Procedure for related commitments and reporting routes.
